The Alesis CLX-440 is a 4-channel, 19-inch rackmount dual stereo compressor, expander, and limiter released in the early 2000's. It is known for transparent, clean, and invisible gain control, making it popular for both live sound and studio mixing.

  • Look-Ahead Mode: Anticipates audio transients to catch fast peaks cleanly before they distort.
